Return and Refund Policy
Simple Steps for Returns Only items in new condition within 30 days of delivery qualify for returns.
How to Return:

- Wait for our team to send you the return address
- Pack and ship your items back (you'll need to cover shipping costs and provide the label)
- Stay updated through our communication
- Receive confirmation once we get your return
- Get your refund within 5 business days

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after you've received it. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return(s) anymore.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also still be in its original packaging.
There are certain situations where refunds can be refused.
- Any item that is worn, not in its original condition or has been damaged by your fault.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after you've received it.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved the return, your refund will be processed and a refund will be automatically issued to your payment method within 5 days, using the same payment method you placed the order with.
Return Label
The return label is customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don't accept the exchange of your items. You can however always return your items within 30 days and place a new order.
Restocking fee
We are pleased to announce that we do not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible and to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase.
Cancellation
We can Cancel an order within 24 after the order has been placed.
Customer Remorse Returns:
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or because of an ordering mistake, please note that you will be responsible for the actual costs of returning the product. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing to ensure satisfaction with your selections.
Damaged Or Faulty Items:
We apologize for the inconvenience caused if you received a defective or incorrect item. Please provide clear photos of the issue, and we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement free of charge. Your satisfaction is our priority—contact us to resolve the matter promptly.
It is expected to return the items with a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you post them without traceable shipping.
